7 Tips to Stay Healthy







Having a healthy body is everyone desire, including you. By staying healthy, then you can do your activities smoothly and in accordance with your expectations. You also do not have to spend time and money to buy medicine or go to the hospital. Therefore, you must always be grateful to the health favors of Almighty that is given to all of us.

Healthy is when we are able to keep the immune system in track against disease such as fever, flu, cough and others.
Then how we can keep the immune system to keep us healthy and fit every day??? The following are some tips to stay healthy

Having enough rest
Get enough rest every day, is one factor to keep your body resistance.
    
Positive thinking
 In a healthy body there is a calm and healthy mind too. So try to always think positively to all the problems you have.

Routine Exercise
Every morning, try to always do regular exercise. It aims to maintain the condition of the body to keep fit and healthy.

Eat only hygiene food
Always make sure that the food you eat already hygienic or have been washed with clean water or cooked perfectly.

Food control
Eat a reasonable portion. Do not go overboard. If you do not control the way you eat, you will get obesity and disease associated with obesity. 

Fibrous foods
Fill fibrous foods each day like apples, carrots and nuts. It can keep the body from bacteria.

Vitamin D
Meet the needs of vitamin D. Since vitamin D is working to stimulate immune cells to ward off viruses and bacteria. Vitamin D can be found in sunlight, eggs, liver and fish.
